Directorate  for Inclusion and Effectiveness of Women and Children

The purpose

All sector offices, non-governmental organizations, and private institutions in the region must include gender and children's issues in their development plans and implement any policies, laws, regulations, guidelines, projects and programs that are designed and implemented, giving due attention to women and children and responding to their vulnerability.

The services given by the directorate

  1. To identify problems by doing research on the inclusion of women and

    Children’s issues

  2. Generates policy ideas based on specific problems and gaps, prepares guidelines for the implementation of the women's development and change package and gender mainstreaming, introduces them to the stakeholders, and executes them.

  3. Conducts an analysis of gender

  4. Gender and children's issues by sectors, it examines the inclusion of civil society in private institutions and draft schemes.

  5. Support monitoring and evaluation of the performance of the work process

  6. Coordinated for women's development and change package and development union activities to be included in the plan in all sectors; Monitors the implementation, evaluates their performance and provides support.

  7. Establishing a cooperation and resources task force so that the sector offices, institutions and organizations can work on the issue of gender and children; Provide support and monitoring.

  8. In terms of gender concepts; Inclusion of gender in development; by analysing gender; Develops training manuals on system jetting and auditing; provides training; evaluates their effectiveness.

  9. Providing awareness training to the community members on gender concepts 

  10. Formulate and spread best practices by exchanging experiences from institutions in different areas in terms of gender and child inclusion.

  11. Ensuring inclusion and benefit by deploying experts who monitor the issue of gender and children in each sector office.

  15. Establishing a coordination forum between executive bodies and coordinating activities 

  16. Facilitation of production and sales areas for organized women in specific fields of work

  17. Designing and implementing fundraising projects

  18. Conduct an audit on the inclusion of gender and children's issues in the sectors

  19. Studying the status of the implementation of positive support for women and monitoring its performance and giving feedback

  20. Comparison of criteria development, comparison of sector offices in terms of gender and child inclusion. 

  21. To enable youth to have an organized and active participation in the construction of democracy and good governance and to benefit from the results.
